Abbi Thurmon presents at DUNNK Series!

Watch Abbi’s presentation here. The Downtown Uptown North Shore Neuroscience Krewe (DUNNK) is a monthly meeting of Brain Institute faculty, post-docs, research scientists, doctoral, masters, and undergraduate students. DUNNK features doctoral students' presentations from one or two labs (two presenters maximum) to allow neuroscience doctoral students the opportunity to troubleshoot problems in an experiment and get feedback from members of the Brain Institute. Additionally, DUNNK offers a great social opportunity for Brain Institute members across campuses, a chance for new neuroscience rotating students to see the science happening in labs, and fosters collaborations between institute labs. While doctoral students are often the ones presenting at DUNNK to advance their doctoral careers, masters students and post-docs are also welcomed to present as it contributes to the representation of neuroscience research happening in a Brain Institute lab. All of the greater Tulane community is also invited to attend.
